Audrey Mascarenhas, P.Eng., FCAE President & Chief Executive Officer

Audrey Mascarenhas has worked in energy for more than 35 years with Gulf Canada Resources Ltd. and Questor Technology Inc. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Master’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Calgary. She is a fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineers. Audrey served as a distinguished lecturer with the Society of Petroleum Engineers in 2010/2011. She is a member of the Schulich Industry Engineering Advisory Council and currently chairs the Canadian federal government clean technology strategy table. Audrey was the recipient of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2011 Prairies Award for Cleantech and Environmental Services and received a national citation for Values-Based Innovation. She was also chosen by Business in Calgary as a 2014 Leaders of Tomorrow, is a 2014 Board Diversity 50 cohort and one of Canada’s 2017 Clean50. Audrey is a fellow of the Energy Futures Lab and co-chairs the Governor General’s Innovation Awards assessment committee.

Dan Zivkusic, CPA, CMA, Chief Financial Officer & Corporate Secretary

Mr. Zivkusic is a multi-disciplined professional with more than 20 years of oil and gas industry experience. Most recently he served as CFO for Reform Energy Services Corp., a private international company specializing in under balanced drilling, managed pressure drilling and production testing/flowback business.

Dan obtained his Certified Management Accountant designation in 1991 and is an active member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Alberta.

Darko Ulakovic, Chief Operating Officer

Darko brings over 20 years of experience in scaling manufacturing capabilities, streamlining operations, and increasing global and regional market share. Before joining Questor, Mr. Ulakovic was most recently Executive Vice President of Manufacturing and Supply Chain of CoolIT Systems. Prior to CoolIT, Mr. Ulakovic was President of AVL Group of companies, charged with overseeing the company’s strategic development and solution implementation. Before AVL, Ulakovic had several executive roles at Tesco Corporation leading the Product Business line, expanding global market share and growing their manufacturing capabilities.

Justin Mahendra, VP Sales & Marketing

Justin Mahendra is an international sales professional with more than 18 years of technical sales and sales management experience. Justin spent his early career in the pharmaceutical waste industry working for companies in the UK, Europe, and ultimately North America. He now uses vast international business experience to help lead Questor’s growth in North America and new markets. At Questor, Justin is proud to have helped contribute to and oversee the organization’s rapid revenue growth, particularly in its North American project expansion. Justin believes strongly in the value of teamwork, a shared company vision, and uses these principles to help Questor continue climbing to new levels of success.

Justin holds a BSC in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Wales and loves Rugby (more watching then playing now). Outside of work you can find Justin engrossed in a true crime novel or watching a hockey game.
