Audrey Mascarenhas, President & Chief Executive Officer
Audrey has worked in energy for over 40 years with Gulf Canada Resources Ltd. and Questor Technology Inc. She holds a BSc degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto and a M.Pet Eng from the University of Calgary. She is a fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineers and is inducted into the University of Toronto Engineering Hall of Distinction. Audrey served as a distinguished lecturer with the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), received the Canadian Sustainability and Stewardship in the Oil and Gas Industry Award, and serves as an Officer for the SPE Methane Emissions technical section. Audrey was the recipient of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2011 Prairies Award for Cleantech and Environmental Services and received a national citation for Values-Based Innovation. She was chosen by Business in Calgary as a Legacy Leader in 2022. Audrey is on the Board of the TMX.
Ann-Marie Osinski, CPA, CA, Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Osinski possesses a proven track record of quality financial reporting and internal controls, strategic risk management, successful capital raises, financial due diligence, regulatory compliance and effective corporate governance. She has more than thirty years of financial and strategic leadership experience working with publicly listed companies in Canada and Internationally.
Prior to joining Questor, Ann-Marie was the Senior Financial Consultant for a TSX Venture Exchange Company and an Independent Board member for the Alberta Electric System Operator. She spent 27 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the Audit and Risk Assurances practices. During her thirteen years as a partner at PwC, she held a variety of market facing leadership roles including Sustainability leader, where she was responsible for growing the business with respect to sustainability reporting and greenhouse gas verification.
